These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of https://www.focusai.dev, any demo, enquiry, trial, and onboarding flows linked from this site, and any related pre-sales interactions with FocusAI Ltd.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a company or regulated entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

This site and related services are provided by FocusAI Ltd (FocusAI, we, us).

FocusAI provides software and AI-enabled content operations tooling. We support organisations in regulated sectors (including financial services, healthcare, insurance, legal and public sector), but your organisation remains responsible for its own regulatory, legal, and risk decisions.

Use of the service does not, by itself, guarantee compliance with FCA, PRA, ICO, MHRA, SRA, or any other regulator requirements.

AI-generated outputs are assistive and must be reviewed by a suitably qualified human before publication or regulated decision-making.

Free trial access is provided for 7 days on Starter plan limits unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A publishing onboarding call is required before production publishing is enabled; we send you a booking link rather than booking a time automatically.

Trial limits, feature availability, fair-use controls, and manual onboarding checks may be amended where needed to protect service quality, security, or compliance.

You must not use the site or service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or malicious activity.

You must not attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with service availability.

You must not upload personal or confidential data unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so.

We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, and can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request for business customers.

Data handling is aligned with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we apply transfer safeguards where cross-border processing occurs.

All platform software, branding, and site content are owned by or licensed to FocusAI Ltd.

You retain rights in your own submitted materials, and grant us the rights needed to host, process, and deliver the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or service, including features and pricing, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, the site and trial services are provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the service or your reliance on generated outputs.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
